About the Role

PedsPsych, a growing pediatric and behavioral health organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Psychologist to join its remote team. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about child and family mental health and interested in contributing across multiple areas of the practice, including clinical support, administration, and organizational development.

The successful candidate will work closely with a U.S.-based clinical and operations team while supporting daily workflows and mental health initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Assist with psychological test scoring and data entry.
Support client intake setup and manage digital documentation within the practice management system.
Provide virtual office and administrative support to help coordinate daily workflows.
Contribute to social media and awareness campaigns that promote mental health education.
Support grant writing and research efforts for funding opportunities and program development.
Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based clinical and operations team to ensure smooth and timely communication.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in child, adolescent, or family mental health is preferred.
Familiarity with digital workspaces such as Google Workspace, Trello, GHL, or similar platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
