About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Remote Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and strengthen brand visibility across key platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands content strategy, audience engagement, and brand positioning — and who is confident both behind the scenes and on camera.

We are not just looking for someone to post content. We want a strategic thinker who can build influence, drive measurable growth, and turn attention into lasting brand trust.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a structured social media content strategy

  • Create engaging, platform-optimized content (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

  • Produce simple, high-quality promotional videos (reels, short-form videos, explainers)

  • Confidently appear on camera to represent the brand when required

  • Monitor analytics and optimize content performance using data insights

  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging

  • Identify trends and adapt strategies to increase reach and engagement

Requirements

  • Proven experience professionally managing social media accounts

  • Strong understanding of content marketing and brand growth strategies

  • Comfortable creating and editing short-form video content

  • Confident on camera with clear communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)

  • Self-driven, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently
