Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-obsessed Technical Webmaster & Digital Ads Specialist to manage the technical backbone of our premium e-commerce golf brand and marketing business.

You will own the “technical engine” of the company — ensuring our website runs flawlessly and our paid ads are optimized for measurable growth. This role requires someone proactive, precise, and highly reliable.

You will work closely with the Owner and Social Media Manager to provide technical execution and backend support.

Key Responsibilities

Website Maintenance

  • Manage and update our Shopify or WooCommerce store

  • Ensure fast load speeds and full mobile responsiveness

  • Maintain a seamless, bug-free checkout experience

  • Identify and fix technical issues proactively

Digital Ad Management

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns

  • Set up tracking pixels and ensure accurate event tracking

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives and ad copy

  • Manage ad budgets and optimize for ROI

Technical Support

  • Support email marketing systems and CRM automation

  • Troubleshoot backend and integration issues

  • Ensure all landing pages and links are live and properly tracked

Performance Reporting

  • Deliver weekly reports on website health and ad performance

  • Ensure 100% data accuracy in reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Extreme attention to detail (perfectionist mindset required)

  • Proven experience managing and modifying e-commerce websites

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite

  • Strong understanding of tracking, analytics, and conversion optimization

  • Excellent written and verbal English

  • Reliable high-speed internet and power backup (Solar/Generator required)
