Role Overview

Omidnetcare is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to lead and grow its digital presence. This role combines creative storytelling, content creation, and digital marketing strategy to communicate the company’s vision and promote its healthcare technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating engaging content, managing social media communities, and developing strategies to grow brand awareness within the healthcare and medical technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Create engaging content such as graphics, short videos, infographics, and educational posts.

  • Write compelling captions and healthcare-related content.

  • Develop promotional materials highlighting Omidnetcare products including AI chatbot, telemedicine, and EMR features.

  • Produce marketing content for events, partnerships, and community initiatives.

Social Media Management

  • Manage Omidnetcare’s social media platforms including:

    • LinkedIn

    • Instagram

    • Facebook

    • X (Twitter)

    • YouTube

  • Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.

  • Schedule and publish posts regularly.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.

Brand Growth & Engagement

  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

  • Grow the company’s audience within the healthcare and medical technology community.

  • Promote company updates, product launches, and success stories.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance metrics such as:

    • Engagement

    • Reach

    • Follower growth

    • Content performance

  • Adjust content strategy based on analytics and audience behavior.

Required Skills

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company.

  • Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.

  • Ability to create visual content such as graphics or simple videos.

  • Familiarity with tools such as:

    • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

    • CapCut or other video editing tools

    • Social media scheduling platforms

  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and audience engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare, health technology, or SaaS companies.

  • Knowledge of EMR systems or healthcare workflows.

  • Experience creating educational content or product marketing materials.
