We are seeking a strategic and high-impact Senior Customer Success Manager to take ownership of enterprise customer relationships across a portfolio of high-value accounts.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, adoption, optimization, and expansion—delivering measurable business value while driving long-term retention and revenue growth.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Support teams to align customer objectives with innovative solutions. This position offers significant autonomy, executive visibility, and the opportunity to directly influence both customer outcomes and company performance.

Key Accountabilities

Lead onboarding, enablement, and adoption initiatives in partnership with Sales and Implementation teams

Build and maintain executive-level relationships, serving as a strategic advisor

Develop deep technical expertise across integrations, APIs, and advanced use cases

Conduct recurring customer touchpoints and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities aligned to customer objectives

Manage commercial negotiations and contract discussions alongside Legal and Finance

Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and roadmap priorities

Deliver advanced reporting, workflow customization, and Salesforce optimizations

Monitor account health, mitigate churn risk, and proactively resolve issues

Maintain accurate CRM documentation and ensure operational excellence

Contribute to continuous improvement within the Customer Success function
Requirements
-
5+ years of Senior Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS environments

Experience in healthcare and Salesforce ecosystems strongly preferred
-
Proven success managing enterprise portfolios exceeding $3M+ ARR

Demonstrated pipeline development and deal-closing capabilities

Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder client environments

Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, reporting, automation, Flow, and Process Builder

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
