Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a QA & Customer Support Expert, where you’ll bridge technical acumen and exceptional client communication to deliver an outstanding user experience for cutting-edge AI platforms. You’ll contribute directly to technical build projects, support users, and ensure the highest standards in product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive customer support, efficiently triaging and resolving issues across AI-powered platforms.
Conduct end-to-end quality assurance testing to identify, document, and drive resolution of bugs and usability issues.
Source, analyze, and present user feedback from social platforms to inform product improvements.
Own operational workflows, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and continuous improvement of support practices.
Collaborate closely with engineering to contribute to technical build projects using TypeScript.
Document learnings and maintain knowledge bases to empower both users and internal stakeholders.
Champion a user-first approach in all written and verbal communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in TypeScript, with the ability to independently develop and maintain codebases (must provide a portfolio of self-built projects).
Hands-on experience with customer support and QA workflows in a software environment.
Demonstrated ability to source, interpret, and act upon user feedback from diverse online channels.
Portfolio of self-initiated technical projects—mandatory for application progression.
Exposure to AI Video Generators and understanding of modern AI tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a genuine passion for delivering value to users.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting or testing AI-based SaaS products.
Familiarity with agile workflows and remote collaboration tools.
Enthusiasm for working within dynamic, early-stage product environments.
