About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Designer to join our growing startup team. In this role, you will help shape both the vision (“what”) and the implementation approach (“how”) for custom software systems we are developing.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in User Interface (UI) design, usability, application logic, and software workflows, and will be comfortable contributing across multiple stages of the product lifecycle—from requirements gathering to usability testing.

Our development stack includes ASP.NET (MVC/Blazor), .NET, Flutter mobile apps, and Chrome extensions, so familiarity with these technologies is highly valued.

This role is ideal for a versatile professional who can work across design, usability, testing, and system documentation within a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly software interfaces and user experiences.

  • Create wireframes, UI mockups, and design documentation for custom applications.

  • Define application workflows and assist with software logic and feature planning.

  • Conduct usability testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet user needs.

  • Gather and document system requirements from stakeholders.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

  • Contribute to product improvement through testing, feedback, and usability insights.

Minimum Requirements (Mandatory)

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

  • Proven experience as a Software Designer.

  • Strong expertise in UI design and usability principles.

  • Experience conducting testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Preferred Qualifications

The following are not mandatory but will strengthen your application:

  • Reliable unlimited internet connection.

  • Strong understanding of:

    • ASP.NET (MVC / Blazor)

    • .NET development environments

    • Flutter mobile development

    • Chrome extension architecture
