About the Role

Transkredit is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure & Network Support Specialist to manage and maintain the organization’s digital infrastructure. This role involves providing end-user support, maintaining network systems, managing servers and cloud services, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the company.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, proactive, and capable of supporting both users and systems while maintaining security, performance, and reliability.


Key Responsibilities

1. End-User Support & Digital Infrastructure Management

  • Provide comprehensive IT support (in-person and virtual) across the organization.

  • Train employees on digital tools, systems, and hardware to improve productivity.

  • Install and configure hardware, operating systems, and software applications.

  • Manage user accounts including onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain IT equipment and ensure timely repair or replacement based on lifecycle best practices.

2. Network, Connectivity & Telecommunications Support

  • Administer and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

  • Manage IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and VPN configurations.

  • Configure firewall rules and manage network traffic optimization.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure minimal downtime.

  • Support telecommunications services such as VoIP and remote access systems.

3. Systems Administration & Cloud Integration

  • Maintain and support server environments (Windows and Linux), including patching and monitoring.

  • Manage core IT services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

  • Support cloud migration initiatives and maintain cloud infrastructure.

  • Ensure secure configuration and compliance with internal IT policies.

4. Project Execution, Testing & Automation

  • Participate in testing and deploying new technologies across the organization.

  • Identify opportunities to automate IT processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Develop and execute test plans for new system rollouts.

  • Track infrastructure-related projects and maintain accurate documentation.

5. Research, Documentation & Analytical Support

  • Conduct research and analysis to resolve infrastructure-related challenges.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve system performance.

  • Maintain documentation such as network diagrams, system configurations, and SOPs.

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure IT infrastructure supports evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in network administration and IT infrastructure management.

  • Knowledge of IT frameworks and best practices.

  • Ability to train and support end users effectively.

  • Experience researching and implementing IT solutions.

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred

  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar.

  • Experience with enterprise networking and cloud infrastructure environments.
