What You Will Do

Prospect & Hunt

  • Generate 20+ high-quality B2B leads daily.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate prospects.

Pitch & Present

  • Conduct virtual and in-person sales meetings with corporate decision-makers.

  • Present tailored branding and enterprise solutions.

Close & Scale

  • Consistently meet or exceed ₦25M+ monthly revenue targets.

  • Close high-value enterprise deals.

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and brand executives.

  • Develop a profitable portfolio of enterprise accounts.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2+ years of strong B2B sales experience.

  • Proven ability to achieve ₦25M+ monthly sales targets.

  • Based in Nigeria.

  • Highly motivated by performance-based income and commissions.

  • Comfortable engaging C-suite executives and brand managers.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently without micromanagement.


Your Payout (The Split)

Note: This is a high-accountability, performance-based role built for winners. No results, no income.

Phase 1: The Launchpad (First 2 Months)

  • Performance Base Pay: ₦300,000 (You must hit at least 50% of your monthly target to unlock this, zero sales zero pay).
  • Commission: 10% on all closed deals (Our aggressive early-stage multiplier to reward your hustle).
  • Reality Check: Failure to hit at least 25% of your target results in termination after two months.

Phase 2: The Empire (Unlocked after 2 consecutive target months)

  • Fixed Base Salary: ₦400,000
  • Commission: 5% Uncapped on all closed deals.
  • The Perks: Monthly HMO Coverage + Monthly Workspace Allowance.
