Role Overview
The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s human resources and administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience.
This role manages recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compensation, and office administration while supporting leadership in achieving strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies

Manage full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, selection, onboarding)

Conduct employee induction and orientation programs

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as primary contact for employee concerns and workplace matters
-
Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
-
Manage grievance procedures and conflict resolution
-
Plan employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Performance Management
-
Coordinate performance appraisal processes
-
Support managers in setting KPIs and tracking performance
-
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
Compensation & Benefits

Administer payroll inputs and ensure accuracy

Manage leave records and attendance tracking

Oversee benefits administration (health insurance, pensions, etc.)

Ensure compliance with compensation policies and statutory requirements
HR Policy & Compliance

Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards

Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics

Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information
Office Administration

Oversee daily office operations and workflow

Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor relationships

Supervise administrative staff (receptionist, office assistant, drivers, etc.)

Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs

Maintain corporate records and documentation

Prepare administrative and HR reports

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

5–10 years of HR and administrative experience

Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Experience managing administrative operations
