Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily agricultural operations, including crop cultivation, livestock management, and equipment maintenance

- Develop and implement strategies to improve yield, efficiency, and sustainability

- Monitor market trends and adjust production plans to maximize profitability

- Maintain comprehensive records related to production, inventory, and compliance

- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support business objectives

- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats to coordinate activities and report progress



Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a farmer, rancher, or agricultural manager (this is the #1 criterion)

- Strong knowledge of modern farming methods, resource management, and regulatory requirements

- Demonstrated experience managing teams and agricultural projects

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient with farm management software and remote collaboration tools

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

- Commitment to sustainable and innovative agricultural practices



Preferred Qualifications

- Record of achievement or recognition within the agricultural industry

- Experience implementing new technologies or sustainable agriculture initiatives
