You will act as a key link between farm operations and labor teams, helping ensure efficient workforce deployment and smooth project execution.


Job Summary

As a Farm Labor Contractor, you will manage agricultural workforce operations, coordinate labor deployment, maintain compliance with labor regulations, and ensure high productivity standards across farm projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, deploy, and manage agricultural labor crews across various farming operations.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and workplace safety regulations.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between farm management and labor teams.

  • Maintain accurate records related to workforce management, contracts, and labor performance.

  • Implement best practices to improve workforce productivity, quality control, and safety.

  • Address and resolve workforce conflicts or operational issues promptly.

  • Support strategic planning and continuous improvement of agricultural labor operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Farm Labor Contractor (primary requirement).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Deep understanding of farm labor management, contracting processes, and regulatory compliance.

  • Ability to supervise and motivate agricultural teams in remote or distributed environments.

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

  • Familiarity with technology tools for remote workforce coordination and communication.
