Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Executive Assistant (EA) to provide remote administrative and strategic support to a senior executive.

This role involves handling confidential information, managing complex scheduling, conducting business analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendar, appointments, and priority scheduling

  • Organize meetings (scheduling, reminders, logistics coordination)

  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, memos, and executive communications

  • Take accurate meeting minutes and track action items

  • Conduct in-depth business analysis and online research

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings

  • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data

  • Set reminders and follow up on deliverables

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of demonstrated administrative support experience

  • Excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills

  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Proactive and self-directed work style

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace

  • Experience with data visualization or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
