Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Executive Assistant (EA) to provide remote administrative and strategic support to a senior executive.
This role involves handling confidential information, managing complex scheduling, conducting business analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendar, appointments, and priority scheduling

Organize meetings (scheduling, reminders, logistics coordination)

Draft, edit, and proofread emails, memos, and executive communications

Take accurate meeting minutes and track action items

Conduct in-depth business analysis and online research

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings

Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data

Set reminders and follow up on deliverables

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
Requirements

2–3 years of demonstrated administrative support experience

Excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proactive and self-directed work style

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace

Experience with data visualization or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage
