About the Role

A remote opportunity is available for an experienced C++ Developer responsible for building high-performance software applications designed to meet complex business needs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing existing systems, and developing scalable solutions using modern C++ standards.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience working with distributed teams in a remote environment.

Role Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain high-performance C++ applications tailored to complex business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high development standards.
Troubleshoot and optimize legacy and modern codebases for improved performance and reliability.
Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication regarding project progress.
Continuously explore and integrate emerging C++ standards and libraries into development workflows.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to innovation within the development team.

Requirements

Professional experience in C++ development with a strong understanding of core language concepts.
Proven experience architecting and delivering complex, high-quality software solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong collaboration abilities.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in remote or distributed development teams.
Proficiency with modern development tools, version control systems, and agile methodologies.
Ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining active collaboration with team members.
