About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Virtual Assistant with strong technical and operational skills to help build systems, automate workflows, and improve internal operations for a growing international company.

This role focuses heavily on systems thinking, automation, and technology integration rather than basic administrative work. The ideal candidate enjoys building efficient systems, connecting multiple software tools, and implementing automation that reduces manual tasks.

This is not a basic VA role. The position is intended for someone who can think like a systems builder and operate independently while improving business operations.

Candidates should be comfortable building operational systems from scratch, connecting multiple software platforms, creating automation workflows, researching and implementing AI tools, documenting processes, and improving internal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain CRM systems.
Configure and optimize business software platforms.
Build automation workflows using tools such as Zapier or Make.
Research and implement AI tools that improve productivity.
Create AI-powered video tutorials and documentation.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational systems.
Improve internal workflows and processes across the organization.

Most work will focus on internal operations rather than client communication.

Required Experience

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience.

Strong candidates should have experience with automation workflows, CRM systems, executive assistant or operations support roles, SaaS platforms, AI tools and automation, LinkedIn marketing, and workflow optimization.

Candidates must be capable of building systems and workflows independently.

AI & Automation Skills

Candidates should have moderate to advanced AI knowledge including:

Building AI workflows
Creating structured prompts
Researching new AI tools
Automating business tasks
Recording tutorials or documentation

Work Expectations

Full-time role with daily standup meetings and daily progress reports.
