Role Overview

The Branch Manager will own and elevate the Abuja salon experience—leading operations, developing talent, delighting high-value clients, and ensuring operational excellence daily.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives under pressure, builds strong teams, and maintains high standards without compromise.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily branch operations (staff huddles, cash reconciliation, QR clock-in compliance)

  • Ensure full compliance with the company’s Zero-Tolerance Code of Conduct

  • Report daily performance updates, wins, and challenges directly to the MD/CEO

  • Maintain facility standards to ensure smooth operational efficiency

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 5+ stylists and support staff

  • Foster accountability while maintaining empathy and professionalism

  • Build a high-performance, growth-focused culture

Client Experience

  • Deliver exceptional service to high-value clients (diplomats, executives, celebrities)

  • Resolve conflicts calmly and professionally

  • Ensure seamless, luxury-level service standards

Inventory & Sales Growth

  • Oversee inventory and procurement management

  • Monitor stock levels and prevent losses

  • Leverage marketing knowledge to drive revenue and meet sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years managing a beauty salon or multi-branch beauty business in Nigeria

  • Proven experience leading teams of 5+ staff successfully

  • Strong operational and people management skills

  • Tech-comfortable (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, QR systems – training provided)

  • Abuja resident (Wuse II, Maitama, Gwarinpa preferred)

  • Calm and effective under high-pressure (e.g., busy Saturdays)

  • Strong conflict resolution and culture-building abilities

  • Passionate about developing people—not just driving sales
