Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Fleet Coordinator to oversee logistics partners and ensure smooth transportation operations.

In this role, you will manage fleet partnerships, coordinate dispatch activities, and ensure all vehicles meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining efficiency and cost control.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage logistics partners operating:

    • Trucks

    • One-compartment tankers

    • CO₂ tankers

    • Cooling vans

  • Maintain an updated database of fleet partners, including vehicle specifications and compliance documentation

  • Coordinate dispatch, routing, and scheduling to meet delivery timelines

  • Monitor fleet performance, turnaround time, and service quality

  • Ensure vehicles comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and logistics partners

  • Resolve operational challenges such as delays, breakdowns, or scheduling conflicts

  • Track trip records, delivery confirmations, and prepare operational reports

  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce logistics costs
