We are looking for a tech-savvy and proactive Customer Support Intern who is passionate about technology and has hands-on coding experience. In this role, you will support customers while working closely with internal teams to enhance product experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues; escalate complex bugs to the Engineering team when necessary
Accurately document customer concerns, resolutions, and frequently asked questions
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to streamline support processes
Identify recurring issues and provide actionable feedback to improve product performance
Assist in developing or maintaining basic internal tools and simple automation where required
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic hands-on coding experience in PHP and/or JavaScript
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
