Are you a certified HR professional who understands that Human Resources is more than paperwork — it’s leadership, structure, and people development?

We are seeking a confident, experienced, and strategic HR Manager to oversee recruitment, performance management, HR policies, and company culture. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of HR operations while driving discipline, engagement, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes

  • Oversee employee performance management systems

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures

  • Promote a strong, professional, and growth-focused company culture

  • Provide guidance on disciplinary matters and employee relations

  • Ensure HR compliance with labor regulations and best practices

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of solid HR experience

  • Professional HR Certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent)

  • Highly organized, professional, and firm when necessary
