Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor – AI Trainer to lead and coordinate cleaning operations within a remote environment.

In this role, you will supervise housekeeping personnel, ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards, and contribute to process improvement and training initiatives. You will also support performance tracking and reporting using digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of housekeeping staff

  • Ensure tasks are completed according to standards and schedules

  • Oversee in-house services such as laundry, maintenance, dry cleaning, and valet support

  • Inspect facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols

  • Recommend appropriate cleaning materials for different surfaces and textiles

  • Advise management on room readiness and occupancy status

  • Provide training, coaching, and performance guidance to team members

  • Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create schedules, track KPIs, and deliver reports or briefings

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven experience supervising or coordinating housekeeping/janitorial teams

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and high-standard service delivery

  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supervising remote or distributed teams

  • Familiarity with facility management best practices

  • Background in onboarding, training, or process improvement within housekeeping operations
