Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the leadership team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and strategic administrative support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and social impact in Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership

  • Oversee office administration and ensure efficient workflows

  • Support project coordination, event planning, and donor engagement

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Assist with fundraising initiatives and partnership development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure

  • Passion for entrepreneurship and social impact in Africa

  • Experience in an NGO or international organization is an advantage
