We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to take ownership of the entire post-sales experience. This pivotal role is essential for keeping vendors accountable, providing clients with respectful and clear communication, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery while safeguarding long-term customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

- Oversee post-sales communication between vendors and clients to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor vendor timelines, pursue missing information, and maintain deliverable schedules.
- Deliver timely updates to clients regarding lead times, delays, and any potential issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for calmly and professionally resolving post-sales challenges.
- Assist the sales team with quote management, follow-ups, and meticulous record-keeping.


Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or post-sales positions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a composed and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High emotional intelligence paired with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in communicating with clients and vendors, including respectfully navigating challenging conversations.
