Role Overview

We are partnering with a service-oriented company dedicated to enhancing business operations through effective communication and dependable post-sales support. By collaborating closely with vendors and clients, our client ensures that timelines are adhered to, issues are swiftly resolved, and expectations are managed throughout the sales process.

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to take ownership of the entire post-sales experience. This pivotal role is essential for keeping vendors accountable, providing clients with respectful and clear communication, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery while safeguarding long-term customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

- Oversee post-sales communication between vendors and clients to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor vendor timelines, pursue missing information, and maintain deliverable schedules.
- Deliver timely updates to clients regarding lead times, delays, and any potential issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for calmly and professionally resolving post-sales challenges.
- Assist the sales team with quote management, follow-ups, and meticulous record-keeping.


Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or post-sales positions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a composed and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High emotional intelligence paired with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in communicating with clients and vendors, including respectfully navigating challenging conversations.
