Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to manage office operations, including stock management, record keeping, and preparing regular reports such as expenses and budgets. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office workflows and support organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office stock and supplies

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses, budgets, and office activities

  • Organize and maintain company records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role

  • Solid understanding of office procedures
