Role Overview

A company is hiring a Tech Talent Recruiter to manage the full hiring process for technical roles.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll source, screen, and guide candidates from application to hire. Perfect for someone who understands tech roles and enjoys working with people.


What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for tech roles (Engineering, Data, Product, Security)
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Screening & Assessment

  • Review CVs and shortlist top candidates
  • Conduct screening calls to assess fit and communication
  • Manage candidate assessments and progress

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Communicate timelines and expectations clearly
  • Prepare candidates for each stage

Collaboration

  • Work closely with hiring managers
  • Share insights on candidates and hiring progress
  • Support hiring decisions with structured feedback

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a smooth and professional hiring process
  • Follow up and handle candidate questions

Operations

  • Maintain accurate records
  • Track hiring performance and improve processes

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in recruitment (tech is a plus)
  • Good understanding of tech roles (Engineering, Data, Product, etc.)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles at once
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
