About the Role

A fast-growing UK-based Afro hair care brand is looking for a creative Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow its online presence.

If you know how to create engaging content, grow pages, and run social media campaigns, this role is for you.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns
  • Create engaging content (posts, videos, carousels, stories)
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions
  • Track performance and analyze engagement metrics
  • Manage multiple content calendars
  • Source and work with UGC creators/influencers
  • Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads
  • Grow the brand’s audience across platforms

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong content creation skills (video, carousel, livestream)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience managing UGC creators or influencers
  • Ability to run Meta ads
  • Proven track record of growing social media pages
