Role Overview
A company is hiring a Conversational AI Analyst to manage and improve chatbot and virtual assistant performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Monitor & Improve Performance
- Track metrics like resolution rate, CSAT, and escalations
- Review chatbot conversations to identify issues and improvements
Optimize Chatbot Experience
- Update chatbot flows, responses, and routing
- Improve accuracy and user experience
Test & Analyze
- Run A/B tests and experiments
- Measure performance and recommend improvements
Ensure Quality
- Perform regular quality checks on chatbot responses
- Maintain consistency in tone and messaging
Collaborate & Report
- Work with product and engineering teams
- Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Experience in customer service, operations, or analytics
- Familiarity with chat systems, messaging tools, or IVR
- Basic knowledge of chatbots or conversational AI
- Ability to analyze data and spot trends
- Strong writing and communication skills
- High attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Experience with chatbot tools or AI platforms
- Knowledge of AI/LLMs (like ChatGPT-style systems)
- Understanding of A/B testing and analytics concepts
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Genesys, etc.
- Multilingual skills (Spanish, French, German, etc.)
